The DDGSPO supports the delivery of Air Warfare Destroyer (AWD) capability through collaboration with their in-service support partner and technical support network. During our time at DDGSPO we have supported the development of a domain leading program controls and financial management framework and an export controls framework. Whilst establishing an approach to address intellectual property issues and transition of contract from a Managing Contractor model to a CLCM model.
